Digital Marketing Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager (Fixed Term) to lead the development and implementation of a new company website and digital marketing strategy.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager (Fixed Term) to lead the development and implementation of a new company website and digital marketing strategy as part of a key initiative to support international business growth. This is a project-based role, ideal for a digital marketing professional with strong operational skills and a deep understanding of digital best practices.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Integrated Designer, the Digital Marketing Manager will ensure the new website is both impactful and functional — seamlessly integrating brand storytelling, lead generation tools and digital analytics.
A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY
Website restructure
- Lead the project management of the website restructure — ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with external web developers or agencies as needed to execute design and development work.
- Work alongside the Integrated Designer to ensure visual alignment with the brand identity.
Digital Strategy & Integration
- Define and implement digital tracking and analytics frameworks (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tagging, conversion tracking).
- Ensure the website supports international business development objectives through SEO and conversion pathways.
Marketing & Campaign Integration
- Integrate the website with CRM tools (to be defined) and email marketing systems to support lead generation and engagement.
- Ensure seamless linkage between events, downloadable content, contact forms, and campaign landing pages to drive user engagement.
Testing, QA & Performance Monitoring
- Lead testing and QA prior to launch, ensuring responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser functionality.
- Monitor site performance post-launch and make recommendations for ongoing management and measurement to be implemented by wider team

Essential skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven track record of delivering website projects on time and to spec.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, UX best practices, analytics and digital conversion strategy.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like Wordpress and Elementor
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and digital tracking implementation.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with design, content teams and leadership.
- Strong communication and project management capabilities.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience working on B2B and/or international websites.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and email automation tools.
- Understanding of data privacy standards related to digital marketing (e.g., GDPR compliance).
