We’re also the number one owner and operator of e-buses in Australia and New Zealand, and are quickly expanding into light commercial vehicles and trucks. THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, excellent copywriting skills, and strong organisational abilities.
The role holder will support a variety of activities across the marketing and communications function — from writing social media content and researching thought leadership topics, to supporting event delivery and research, assisting in campaign planning and internal coordination. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into engaging communications.
A TASTE OF THE DAY TO DAY
Content marketing
- Draft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital channels, including social media, newsletters, blogs, award entries and internal communications.
- Assist in developing creative content for campaigns and thought leadership, working closely with designers and subject matter experts from across the EV, Network Infrastructure and Portable Power businesses.
- Support the maintenance and updating of website content ensuring data and figures are reliable and up to date.
Event support
- Assist in the planning, promotion and delivery of events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, invitations/email marketing, materials preparation, internal briefings, follow-up communications and reporting.
- Work on event collateral (e.g., signage, programmes, digital content) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Project coordination
- Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing team, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are well coordinated.
- Help manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, content drafting and approvals.
Reporting & insights
- Assist with basic data tracking and reporting on campaign, website and social media performance.
- Internal co-ordination to gather events feedback.

Essential skills and experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A creative eye and a passion for developing compelling content.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Confident using tools such as Microsoft Office, social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and CMS platforms (basic experience).
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative and works well across teams.
Desirable skills and experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience working in a B2B or international environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in German or Spanish a bonus
